- How much does a website cost?
- A Template site starts at $2,225 for up to 5 pages. Custom builds start at $5,940 for up to 10 pages. Flagship builds start at $12,000 for 20+ pages, and can include a store or directory. Every build includes draft website text and local SEO setup. You get a fixed quote in writing before you pay anything.
- How long does it take?
- Two to three weeks for a Template site. Three to four weeks for a Custom site. Six to eight for a Flagship, set in the quote. Rush cuts any of those in half for 50% over the build price. The timeline holds as long as you hit the review dates, because the wait is almost always on approvals, not on code.
- Do you only work in the North Okanagan?
- No. Most of our clients are in western North America, from Vancouver to Revelstoke, through the Shuswap and the Okanagan Valley, and south to California. Projects outside the Okanagan run by video call. Same process, same pricing, same reply times.
- What platform will my site be on?
- Custom builds for premium sites. WordPress when you want to edit the site yourself. Shopify for most online stores. We can also build on WooCommerce. We also maintain sites on Squarespace, Wix, and niche platforms like Local Line, GrazeCart, Pixieset, Pic-Time, and Showit. Most clients eventually move a serious site to custom.
- You are a small firm. What happens if you are away?
- Fair question. The domain is always yours. Bring one you already own, or we help you register one in your name, that you control. The sites we build run on tools any competent developer can pick up, and all plans include email support with a two business day reply.
- Do I even need a new site?
- Not always. If the structure underneath is sound, a redesign or an SEO setup can do more for less money. We will tell you that on the call if it is true. Talking somebody into a rebuild they do not need is a bad way to run a business in a small town.
