Working with my web designer on the new pamdhillon.com was such a wonderful experience. She took the time to understand not only my business, but also the heart, energy and vision behind my work. She translated something that can be difficult to put into words into a website that feels beautiful, clear and truly aligned with who I am. I absolutely love the layout and how easy the site is to navigate. Everything flows naturally, the information is easy to find and the entire site feels both beautiful and functional. I am also so impressed by her advanced knowledge of everything happening behind the scenes. She understands the technical side of website design and search visibility in a way I never could have navigated on my own. After years of my website being difficult to find online, my business is finally showing up in searches! The entire process was collaborative, thoughtful and supportive. I am our schools PAC president and we recently had Duford Digital build a website for our PAC. We went from having nothing to a wonderful user friendly website that everyone can easily access. I’ve had a really great experience with Duford Digital Media. MJ designed my website a couple of years ago and has updated it for me as my business develops. In the past I've found web design overwhelming but MJ has made the whole process so straightforward. What comes up most
The same three things, in different words.
Read them all and a pattern shows up. Almost every review mentions how fast we answer. That is not a talent. It is a small firm with no ticket queue in front of it, so your email lands with someone who can act on it.
The second pattern is understanding. Clients say the questions changed how they thought about their own business, not just their website. Fresh Valley Farms put it as a better grasp of their own strengths and weaknesses. That comes out of the content plan, where we work out what the business is selling before anyone designs a page.
The third pattern is time. One client has been with us for more than four years. Another says his SEO work was still ranking on page one three years later. Websites are easy to sell and hard to keep working, so the long relationships are the part we are proudest of.
What you will not find here is a complaint, which is worth being honest about. 14 reviews from happy clients is a small sample, not proof. Read them, then open the actual sites and judge the work yourself.

- Are these all of them?
- Yes. Every review we have, on Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, and Facebook, is on this page in full. Nothing is filtered, shortened, or reordered to put the best one first.
- Why do they say Duford Digital?
- That was our name until October 2026. Same firm, same people, new name. We left every review exactly as the client wrote it.
- Why not more than 14?
- Because we have not asked most of our clients. Years of work and a referral habit mean plenty of people finished happy and never got asked. That is our fault, and we are fixing it.
- Why is there no star rating in Google search results?
- Google does not allow a business to mark up reviews of itself on its own website, and doing it can cost the site its other rich results. So the reviews live here as plain text and the rating stays where it belongs, on the Google profile.
- Can I read them where they were posted?
- Please do. Each review links to the platform it came from, where you can see the reviewer account and the date for yourself.
