The Template tier runs on finished copy and photos supplied up front, one named approver, a reply inside three business days, and one revision round. No custom homepage, no design system work, no copywriting, no logo, and no store. If any of that changes, it becomes a Foundation build and I tell you the number before anything moves.
A hosting and maintenance plan is required at launch and is not included in the build price. You choose your plan before the site goes live, and billing starts on launch day. Month to month after that, or pay for the year at 10 months instead of 12. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Need it sooner? Every build has a rush option: half the timeline for 50% over the build price. Same scope, same quality. Your project goes first.

Not a fit if
- You want the cheapest site possible.

- You want an order-taker, not an opinion.
A good fit if
- You want more of the clients you already like.
- You want one person to call, not a ticket queue.
- You want a site you are proud to put on a business card.
What moves the price
Five things decide where you land.
Two businesses that look alike from the street can be $6,000 and $19,000 apart. This is why.
- How many pages
- Six pages, fifteen pages, or forty. A clinic with four practitioners and nine services needs more pages than a solo consultant, and every page has to be designed, written, and checked.
- Who writes the words
- On a Foundation build you supply the copy and I edit it. On Growth I write the core pages. On Flagship I write all of them and direct the photography. Words do the selling, so they carry the most weight in the price.
- What the site has to do
- A brochure site is one price. A store, a member directory, or booking that routes patients to the right practitioner is another. Anything with a database behind it takes longer to build and longer to test.
- What you already have
- A brand guide, real photography, and existing copy all cut the cost. Starting from a logo somebody made in 2011 and no photos adds work before the design can begin.
- When you need it
- Rush is half the timeline for 50% over the build price. It is not a markup for the same work. It means your project jumps the queue and mine reshuffles around it.
- And what does not move it
- Hours. I do not bill by the hour, so a fast week costs the same as a slow one. You are buying a finished site, not my time sheet.
If your budget is fixed, say the number on the first call. I will cut scope to fit it and show you exactly what came out, so the decision is yours instead of a surprise at the end.
Questions
The things people ask on the first call.
- Someone quoted me $99 a month. Why are you more?
- That price buys a small template site and rented hosting. You pay it every month for as long as the site stays up, and the site stays the same size. Twelve months of $99 is $1,188, and at the end you own a subscription, not an asset. A build here is a one-time cost for a site sized to your business, and it is yours. If $99 a month fits where your business is right now, take it. Come back when you need the phone to ring more.
- Can you match a lower quote?
- No. The price is the scope. If your budget is fixed, tell me the number and I will cut scope to fit it and show you exactly what comes out. I will not build the same site for less.
- What is the difference between a Template site and a custom build?
- A Template site uses layouts I have already built and tested, with your brand applied. It is faster and cheaper because the design decisions are already made and you bring the words and the photos. A custom build starts with your clients, your services, and your town, and every page is written and built to bring in the right calls. Template gets you online. Custom gets the phone ringing.
- I already have a site. Do I need a new one?
- Not always. If the structure is sound, a redesign or an SEO setup may be enough. The first call is where I tell you which, and I will say so if the answer is keep it.
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. The site, the design, and the content are yours once the build is paid for, and the domain stays in your name throughout. Hosting, DNS, and analytics run on my side while your hosting and maintenance plan is active. If you leave, thirty days notice hands all of it back.
- What happens after launch?
- Your hosting and maintenance plan starts the day the site goes live. You pick the plan before launch, so nothing goes live without one in place. Hosting & Maintenance is not included in the build price. Plans start at $150 a month, month to month, and you can sign up on the hosting and maintenance plans page without a call. Paying for the year costs 10 months instead of 12.
- How fast?
- Foundation sites in three to four weeks. Growth in six to eight. Flagship in ten to fourteen. The timeline is in the quote and I keep to it if you keep to the review dates.
- Can you go faster?
- Yes. Rush cuts any build timeline in half for 50% over the build price. A Foundation site can be live in two weeks. Rush projects go to the front of the schedule, which is what the premium pays for.
- Can I just do SEO?
- Yes, if your site is sound. Setup is $2,500. The retainer is $1,500 a month with a six month minimum, because that is how long it takes to see rankings move.
- What is a change order?
- A short written note that says what is being added, what it costs, and how it moves the date. You approve it before the work happens. It is how a fixed price stays fixed when you decide halfway through that you want a booking system.
- Is there a payment plan?
- The payment schedule is the plan. Foundation and Growth are half to book and half at launch. Flagship is 40% to book, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch. Hosting & Maintenance is billed monthly.
- Do the prices include tax?
- No. Every price on this page is Canadian dollars before tax.
- What is not in the price?
- Anything you subscribe to on your own, like a booking tool or a payment processor. Stock photography if you want it. New content for pages we did not scope. If something falls outside the quote, you hear about it before it gets built, not after.
