Mama’s Must Haves
Mama’s Must Haves is our own mom blog: gear worth buying, hacks that take two minutes, and kids activities that buy you a quiet afternoon. It ran on WordPress, which meant a steady list of plugins to update.
Built on
Moved off
What was built
- Move from WordPress to a fast static site
- 218 posts moved across, each kept at the address it already had
- Redirects for every old address that changed
- Gift guides and gear reviews grouped so readers can start somewhere
- A new palette and a home page built around what moms come looking for
The outcome
Same articles, same addresses, and no plugins left to update. The site now has 235 articles and keeps growing.
